Pilots first. Logistics company by demand.
OnFly Air was founded by pilots three years ago as a boutique charter brokerage. Then the calls changed — and we rebuilt the company around them.
How it happened.
We began brokering private jet trips for a few local clients — flights done right, nothing more. Then an airline needed a part at a grounded aircraft by morning. A manufacturer needed a line restarted. A team needed to be somewhere yesterday. We said yes, built the playbook, and kept saying yes.
What we are now.
A time-critical air logistics company: 400+ documented missions since January 2024, $4.1M+ coordinated — AOG parts, freight, hazmat, on-board couriers, and crews across a 2,000+ operator network — 500+ vetted for time-critical missions — domestic and international, 24/7/365. We have never turned down a request.
Small team, deep bench.
We stayed deliberately small and senior. The person who answers at 2 a.m. can quote, dispatch, and problem-solve without escalating — because there’s nothing to escalate to. This is the whole company, and it’s exactly as fast as it sounds.
Run like a software company.
We build our own mission software: quoting in minutes, live milestone tracking, documents and PODs in one thread. Technology doesn’t replace the dispatcher; it makes the dispatcher faster.
Broker on purpose.
We don’t operate aircraft — we hand-select from 500+ vetted Part 135 carriers, which means your mission gets the right airframe in the right place, not whatever a fleet happens to have parked. ARGUS and Wyvern-rated fleets, safety records checked, every time.
Where we’re going.
Deeper door-to-door coverage, growing on-board courier capacity, and planned logistics lanes for clients who’d rather pre-solve emergencies than have them. Private jet travel — where we started — still gets flown with the same discipline.
