How it started

OnFly Air was founded by pilots in early 2024 as a boutique charter brokerage. The first missions flew in June 2024. Then airlines started calling at 2 AM — a part sitting in Akron, an airplane grounded in Shreveport, a first wave of departures on the line. We built the company around answering that call.
