Not every emergency is about speed

Aircraft parts are getting harder to source. Supply chains are squeezed, suppliers come up empty on popular items, and anyone who ships enough freight has lived the overnight-network nightmare: the package that vanished, the customer service line where nobody knows where your $50,000 component went. With eight-plus hours of drive on the table and a morning schedule to protect, they called us.
